At HIDE, we believe that tackling health disparities and promoting diversity in health care leadership is critical to ensuring the highest quality of care for everyone.  Healthcare Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (HIDE) organisation is a non-profit organisation, works closely with all organisations to develop and improve leadership opportunities for BAME  and LGBT staff.

We strongly believe that promoting diversity, inclusion, equity within management and tackling health disparities, mental well-being of staff  is necessary to ensuring the highest quality of care for everyone

HIDE as an organisation is focus on embedding inclusion, diversity and equity within the workplace. The inclusion of HIDE corporate cultural diversity pledge expands choices, nurtures a variety of skills, human values and worldviews and provides wisdom from the past to inform the future. At HIDE, we aim to foster a tapestry of equity that transcends beyond the boardroom.

Tackling inequalities for BAME health staff
Many Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) staff are victims of bullying and harassment in the workplace. These effects can impact on the organisation’s productivity when staff are excluded, marginalised, stressed, angry, scared or disengaged.
